TAHZEEB ALAM SIDDIQUE MANAGING DIRECTOR

TAHZEEB ALAM SIDDIQUE born on July 23, 1975, is an Ivy League alumnus who completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and a postgraduate Master’s degree from the University of Oxford. He is the eldest son of the late Mr. Noor-E-Alam Siddique.
Tahzeeb is a pioneer in the private power generation industry in Bangladesh and currently serves as the Managing Director of Doreen Power Generations and Systems Ltd. and Doreen Power House and Technologies Ltd. He has been instrumental in diversifying the company's businesses while consolidating its existing operations.
Under his leadership, the company's capacity has grown significantly. Alongside his business responsibilities, Tahzeeb maintains a moral balance with his political life. He currently serves as a Member of Parliament.
Highly experienced in the trade, it is no surprise that Tahzeeb is a renowned personality. A broader vision and a goal-oriented mindset make him a dynamic businessman. He has established himself as a man of sound judgement and high business acumen in the industry.

TANZEER ALAM SIDDIQUE VICE CHAIRMAN

TANZEER ALAM SIDDIQUE, the Vice Chairman of Doreen Group, is the youngest son of the late Mr. Noor-E-Alam Siddique. After completing his LL.B. from Queen Mary University of London, Tanzeer became a torchbearer for Doreen, working meticulously with all of its subsidiaries, including Doreen Developments Ltd., Doreen Engineering & Constructions Ltd., Doreen Hotels and Resorts Ltd., Doreen Technologies Ltd., among others.
Following in the footsteps of his father, Tanzeer has played a momentous role in enabling Doreen to reach new heights over time. He has asserted good corporate citizenship and has given his undivided attention towards success. His leadership, guidance, and dedication have been instrumental in taking Doreen to the next level.
As Vice Chairman, Tanzeer is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and ensuring that Doreen continues to thrive in the years to come. With his expertise and experience, he is well-equipped to steer the company towards new horizons of growth.

FIROZE ASAD SENIOR GROUP ADVISOR

FIROZE ASAD is a senior management executive having a diverse experience in Investment Management, Hospitality Management, Construction Management, Aviation and Consulting. His previous associations include notable MNCs like Air France, and Flour Daniel and Saudi Arabian conglomerates such as Dallah Al-Baraka, SEDCO, YAM Group etc.

Present-day board member of ID Global, a Saudi Arabian investment company, and Chairman of the Board for Prime Fruits, Firoze also wears the hat of CEO of GlobeCap Investment in Bulgaria (a subsidiary of ID Global). He is known for his ability to bring creativity and innovation to complex situations and operate effectively in diverse cultural environments. His holistic cross-disciplinary experiences in senior management roles have been instrumental in Doreen Group’s corporate strategy rollout. He has been the chief architect behind upscaling several businesses within the group.

Firoze holds an MBA from UCLA, Anderson School of Management.

MUNIRUZZAMAN KHANDIRECTOR – BANKING & INVESTMENT

MUNIRUZZAMAN KHAN spearheads the banking and investment division and has been with Doreen since 2005. He is currently also responsible for the entire operations of Doreen Poly & Paper Sack Ltd (DPPSL) and Doreen Maritime Management Ltd (DMML).

With 25 years of extensive experience in leadership roles in manufacturing companies, he has delved into taking up new challenges throughout his career while working for various reputed organisations.

He completed his post-graduation in Accounting from the University of Rajshahi. His wide exposure to the industry makes him hold a crucial position in the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).

MATHISHA BANDARA MEDAGAMADIRECTOR – OPERATION

With 26 years of experience in the apparel industry, Mathisha Bandara Medagama has recently joined under Doreen Apparels Division since August, 2024. Alongside his leadership at Doreen Apparels Division, he oversees the entire operations of Doreen Washing Plant, Doreen Garments and Doreen Apparels. He plays a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and communication.

His career includes senior management roles in prestigious garment sector organizations such as Hams Group, DIRD Group and Asrotex Group, where he played pivotal roles in enhancing operational efficiencies and establishing profitable business centers. He has also been involved with leading companies in Sri Lanka, contributing significantly to their growth and success.

Matlisha holds an MBA in Finance & International Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and he is a Chartered Textile and Garments Technologist. He also possesses a Higher Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Clothing Manufacture and is an Associate Member of the Textile Institute (UK).

MAMUN HASANCOO

He was previously the Group Head of Supply Chain Management as well as the Project Director of Four Points by Sheraton (for Doreen Hotels & Resorts Ltd), currently the Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan. He is now the Chief Operating Officer of Doreen Shipping Line Ltd. Managing the company’s own fleet of ocean-going merchant vessels, he is also in-charge of the group’s International Trading of the commodities business across the world.

Previously, he has worked for organisations like BTI Ltd, Otobi Ltd and MGH Group in senior management roles. He is an experienced professional in global sourcing, ship management & operations and business management.

He completed his MBA in International Business Management from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and obtained degree in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
